I have no ideas for a background and I'd really need some help!

To tell you the truth I think the image is a bit too perverted for MT. If they ware dressed maybe . . .

Ok I got the idea for the BG.
Did you consider other colors because the wall is just black and a lil skin colored now.
Maybe you could but some sort of stripes on the BG (vertical, horizontal or a bit twisted) or maybe but shapes of hearts (ok it doesn't have to be hearts just something)
Oh and cause the pic has such soft lines you can try to make the writing in the same style.

well, maybe its not perverted, but some people could think its perverted, so it got the posibility it got deleted ne, agree with Peezhoun about the cloth thing.....
for the bg, maybe if you draw an old fashion japanese room ne, with a semi open door with cherry blossoms outisde ne ^^
