but its all good... most of them are good.... once in a while there will be some
who are very boring =/ but its all good.. the guy that did Y's owned though....

Kaijura Yuuki, Yoko Kanno, and of course Kenji Kawaii. They are the best
composer in my opinion.
Ah... and the other is : EXEC. They have done the best in Ar Tonelico OST (my
fave is Chronicle Key and Harmonious).
Yoko Kanno.. steve conte.. asian kung fu generation, Bonnie Pink, megume dun
remember the last name L'Arc~en~Ciel, maya sakamoto, Tommy 16 (paradise Kiss)
judy and Mary... gabi robin, yellow monkeys, Porno Graffitti, Hyde!
well that is a realy hard question since i like any songs that catch my ears so
i cant reaaly give names but what really gets to me i like compositions that has
a piano
Definitely Yoko Kano and Joe Hisashi, their music and melodies are sooo
beautiful! Withous Joe Hisashi's music Ghibli movies wouldn't be the same^^'
For example music from Mononoke Hime.. totaly awesome^^
These are my favorites. Even if I hate an anime or have never watched it, I
usually buy the soundtracks if Iwasaki or Kajiura do the music. Kanno Yoko is a
mixed bag (for me, at least.) Some of her work I love- but some of it I find
ear-grating. I think that it's because she has such a wide range of styles.
That's probably part of her genius.
Yuki Kajiura, I agree with all of you. ^_^ I adore her work in Tsubasa the
most.
There's also Michiru Oshima (FMA), Koutarou Nakagawa (Gun X Sword), Hirano
Yoshihisa (Ouran), Kenji Kawai (Fate/Stay Night) and Mark Mancina (Blood+). I
love all their compositions, every now and then one of them gets stuck in my
head.
It's still Kajiura Yuki at the top, for all the great anime and game songs that
she had composed (Chrno Crusade, Tsubasa, SEED/Destiny, Mai-HiME, Xenosaga...)
with her unique style.
Hard to say... maybe Yuki Kajiura. but I like some others too.

Ken Nakagawa and Daisuke Achiwa. They contributed mostly in anime games (Atelier Iris and Ar Tonelico)

Yuki Kajiura has to be in my top 3. Scratch that, she's the only one in my top 3.

I love Yoko Kanno. She is my god. GOD. I buy any of the cds that have her music on it, and i love all the anime that she works on.
Yoko Kanno has a great body of work, but some of my favorite anime music ever comes from the Rurouni Kenshin OVAs.

Well I have three on mind, Koichi Sugiyama (Dragon Quest or the Adventures of Dai ) ,Seiji Yokoyama ( Captain Harlock and Saint Seiya ) and Yoko Kano.

I think presently, Yuki Kajiura is my favorite. Also: Yoshihisa Hirano, who does the orchestral music from Death Note.
