Hi, I'm just wondering if there is a 'minimum' size for vector art submitted here in MT. If not, what is the ideal resolution / size for vectors?

Yes there is a minimum size for vector art. I believe it is the same minimum as doujinshi, 600,000 (six hundred thousand) pixels.
