I think, Son Go Ku (Dragon Ball) is the most powerful character. He can teleport to other place (even other planet) in seconds...
He has Kamehameha, and can transform to Super Saiyan 4...
He's really strong

others! I think that Cho Hakkai, Sha Goyjo, Genjo Sanzo and Son Goku are way stronger, more powerful and just better in general then them! I mean they put all five of them to shame! (sorry strong opinion)

I agree that Doraemon is the strongest creature. With his magic pocket, he can beat all anime and cartoon character of the world even Superman has return from The Krypton.

GOKU IS THE BEST, eternal power none of these guys come close

I haven't seen any of the others, so Goku is the strongest I know of off this list...unfortunately he's kinda weak compared to a lot of the ones I know of, plus he takes a very long time to power up.
Defense and healing always seem to take up a heck of a lot more power than straight-up fighting, so Locke the Superman gets my vote. Why? The space station he's on begins to fall into the sun, and all by himself he erects a shield around the station and everyone inside it, then accelerates it using the sun's gravity to shoot through one side and out the other. Hoy, crap! Mode much?
A lot of the Psychic Force crew would beat up Goku by the way, though a few might not be intelligent enough fighters to do it the first time. (See: Gudeath, typical blockheaded strongman, or Patsy who's enormously powerful but a pacifist.)

i wanted to say Goku, but that series has far too many overpowered characters. any powerful character from there could easily destroyed any planet. just take Kid Buu for example, it destroyed like a dozen planets in less than 30 seconds.
in my very humble opinion, i think Nanoha is the strongest of all . a 3rd grader saves Japan from destruction with her friends and her magicial powers, now that's awesome.

I'd say the character with the most might should be GojetaSS4, I mean he should move and galaxies would be destroyed acording to the power level he has.
Now for the most potential I'd say Cutey Honey, becuase she always come back stronger, so eventually she would be stronger than anybody.
For the kick ass cool powerful would be Dio from Jojo's Bizzarre Adventure. I mean one second his enemy is alive, the other he is just dead. Explanation? Za Warudo (he can stop time)
And for the most powerful caracter with strategy I would say Yagami Raito from Death Note, he can just write down the name of the person he wants dead and it happens the way he wants (he could kill all the powerful guys if given the chance)

I would like to say Goku, since he is the main character of an anime centered around power levels and overpowering of characters, but I have just realized that, yes, there is someone more powerful than Goku.

It's ChiChi. Yes. Even Goku cowers in front of her and her iron fist.

It's obviously Sun Goku. So many of the Dragonball characters can kick other anime strongest characters' ass.

And I would have to agree ith Godaikimi about ChiChi.

I'd say Son Goku since he is basically a god/demon.

although i think naruto is strong but i think most shoujo r powerful
