MY favorite captain is Tousen Kaname because he is just so cool and the one of
the only ones who fight for justice. My favorite vice-captain is the guy with
the 69 on his cheek he is mad cool

I heart the scene when in Bount Arc where he tries to be meancing and threatening, but fails.
Plus, he's cute.
I guess I'll put in my vote for Hitsugaya as captain. He just barely beats out
Kenpachi and Soi Fong. Ukitake and Kukichi are also up there.
However, if we can include former captains, Yoruichi and Urahara are definately
tops.
For vice captain, I think I'll go with Yachiru, with Nanao and Rankigu being
pretty close.
My faovirte captian is defitnly kenpchi and my faovirte vice captian is Momo
Hinamori becuase I liek how both them all and i right away liked hinamori for
his perosnality and everything.
i like my captain to be urahara kisuke, though i still do not see how urahara
works as a captain, yet i'd like him as my captain! hehehehe. and also my
lieutenant would be yachiru. she's so cute and i think she's also very powerful.
she just lifted zaraki like a backpack and jumepd over buildings to buildings.

A bunch of captains are my favorite. The best is Byakuya and the next best is Ukitake.
As for vice, Renji gets my vote
