Can't seem to find any thread about this...so here goes...which is better ABS or
GMA.
I'm a kapamilya but I like watching animes from GMA. How about you fellow
Pinoys?

GMA dishes out the best publicity and makes the most effort in promoting their
stuff for the masses. They have very high standards for their shows.
As for channel 2, well they can go to hell. Every show they made was a flop,
every movie, too. They suck up to government so much, they should be a straw.
Especially the animes of abs-cbn!!! Narutard, Seedling... og I can go on
forever. If these shows were aired by GMA, then I'd probably watch them. But NO,
I've already ripped out and scrambled our feed of Channel 2. Channel 2 is a
d***o.

Its true... Sometimes ABS-CBN sucks up to the government. GMA news delivers more
impact since they suck up to the people themselves. I prefer GMA's public
affairs and news programs, very expository. As for ABS-CBN, I like their soap
operas and such, they've got the best actors. All else... Kabarkada
ako.
Guys, mga Tol, tsong, pare, bro, dude. Wala namang siraan ng networks! Hala kayo
pag may taga-media nakabasa nito. Baka sampahan pa kayo ng libel case.

neither. they both suck. i don't like em both. why? kasi sila sila parehong
pinoy nagsisiraan, when they can have friendly competition without the
mudslinging.
I've stopped watching local channels for the simple reason that they don't show
anything worth my time (just my opinion and may be different for other people).
Cable tv for me, all the way
I only watch ABS-CBN because of their news reports.

But, according to my prof in Araling Panglipunan, they don't tear each other's
reputation or whatever. Sina Willie and Joey lang naman yung nagsisiraan di
ba?

Its been 141 weeks since I've made my say and right now I'm changin' my vote...
they can both go to hell. First it was Joey and Willie lashing it out at each
other... that was a lotta fun... but then we got this AGB Nielsen sh*t goin' now
and it isn't very amusing.
Imagine how many people are gettin' pulled into their downward spiral of
corporate deceit and commercial turmoil...
They're just defending themselves? Bullsh*t... both of their CEOs can blow me...
all this factioning Kapuso/Kapamaliya crap is creating a gap between the people.
And those stupid artists that involve themselves in their home channel's
squabble are just exacerbating the situation since they don't even know how
things work in the upper floor of their studios.
Bah... what do I know? I'm just someone from the outside...
well here's what I think:
1. GMA sucks at dubbing anime
2.watching abs shows make me feel like an idiot
3.The both like to point out the obvious
4.the're just asking for attention
The only shows worth watching in both channels were the "news and public
affairs" and animes,, the other shows were just bunch of crap (the local
ones),, not worth spending the time of your life watching,, and one more thing,,
GMA REALLY SUCKS AT DUBBING ANIMES! I was so disappointed when I watched the
pinoy-dubbed BLEACH! No good voice actors.. Unlike GMA,, ABS-CBN is doing a
pretty good job in dubbing animes,, like Naruto for instance,,

Just like you, I am a Kapamilya but when it comes to bulagaan, korean/chino novelas and animes, I am a kapuso.
