Kaze no Stigma pretty much had me rolling in the aisles from episode 3 to the end.
D.Gray Man has it's moments as well.
Full Metal Alchemist was hilarious with the 'I'm not small' running joke about Ed... even when there was a 'serious' moment they still found time to interject the humour.
Bleach can be killer funny sometimes as well.. usually at the beginning of an arc they'll just kill the audience with laughs.

Hmmm Azumanga Daoih is funny.. but it is more 2 the lame sides though ahahz =.=
But the most funnist for me would be Seto no Hanayome... every episode is packed of funny scenes.. that i could laugh on n on n on xD
Lovely Complex also has it funny moments..
Hayate no Gotoku! is also quite funny... but i stopped half-way watching.. ahahaz...
oh yea.. not to mention School Rumble...

Either Ouran host club or Excel Saga. Both make me laugh no matterhow many time I watch them. Gintama is a close second.

Hmm, well, since no one has mentioned this, I think I shall be the first! I found Seto no Hanayome very funny! There are many great episodes that will have you falling out of your chair!

If you get a chance to watch Lovely Complex please do...it is one of the funniest shows I've ever seen especially the antagonistic quality of Risa and Otani's complex relationship.

I My Me Stawberry eggs and Midori Days are also some of my personal comedic favorites.

I found Galaxy Angels to be very funny.

......as a 2nd i'll put Nell from Bleach......the eps. that were aired with here were the funniest....i can't wait for the next ones
