The opening of Hellsing, "Logos Naki World" caught my attention and I had it in my head for weeks! Then when I finally got it I couldn't stop listening to it! I like the opening of Sailor Moon too, "Moonlight Densetsu". And the opening of Kiddy Grade, "Mirai No Kioku" There's so many!
Ending? I think the second (?) of Yu Yu Hakusho, "Unbalance Na Kiss Wo Shite", anothe one of my addictions XP

- ESCAFLOWNE : yakusoku wa iranai by Maya Sakamoto (the opening). it was my second meeting with yoko kanno's composition ! i'm really a big fan of her works.

- Serial Experiment LAiN : Duvet by BoA (the opening).

- Cowboy BEBOP : BLue by The Seatbelts (ending of the last episode). so intense and beautiful ! unforgetable !

- KIBA : Sanctuary by Tamaki Nami (opening 1)

- NARUTO : Wind by AKeboshi (ending 1) it was a wonderful way of saying naruto's feeling and the clip is great. it's so melancholic !

Toki no kioku (Memory of Times) from "Please Save My Earth" is unrivaled as far as ending songs go. The music is haunting and beautiful and the lyrics are lovely. It's one of the few ending songs that I *had* to own. There are many more that I like, but that one is what comes to mind immediately. Duvet by Boa from Serial Experiment Lain opening is my favorite opening.
