from Kokonoka
(particularly the art from Wiz Anniversary), but I'm not 100%... looks really
familiar though.
I browsed through some pics of Kokonoka and I also think it's not this artist.
If my Japanese would be better maybe the Kanjis in the background give some

I'm a big fan of Carnelian's artwork and i'm 100% this is NOT carnelian. Other than that... I have no idea who the artist of that pic is.

I also looked at Pink Chuchu works. The style looks pretty much the same. I cannot stand posts without citation of artist, series etc.
