Mine would be Kemonozume. It was recommended to me by my cousin who is a n anime "know-it-all", as we called her. Everything was weird, from the characters who were all cannibals, to the psychedelic, surreal artwork and the storyline. But I would say, weird is definitely good in this one, so give it a try.

I'll second that, I haven't watched amazing amounts of anime, but I can easily tell you that FLCL is one of the most odd ones I've seen.

A lot of comedy but it's quite original...... and I don't really like comedy anime

I cannot call it wired coz it's an anime after all but Galaxy Angel for me was also confusing. I wasn't able to understand anything about its plot. Its only significance are its cute characters and sometimes hilarious situations.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, but that was only when I watch it out of order.

bobobo-bo-bobobo is the wierdest I've ever seen.

Mine would be "the Melody of Oblivion". Its the most illogical anime I had ever seen.
IMHO nothing in the show makes sense, especially in the 2nd half of the series.

Excel Saga hands down is the weirdest.

I dont remember mine but it was about INCEST. The older brother was this guy going through a midlife crisis. A sister he never knew he had came into his life through the anime, eventually they had secks. No this was not Hentai.

I'm tempted to second the Utena movie, which definately has the most WTF?!?!?!? ending I've ever seen, but I've caught bits of some episodes of Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo. I've yet to see that topped.
