Wow..I can't believe it! I think I had an really inspired idea with this thread!
Anyways...yeah...I think each anime series (not character) has it's own color.
To me:
- Fate/Stay Night = purple
- Ouran High School Host Club = pink
- Tenjou Thengi = blue
- Naruto = Black
- Inuyasha = brown
- Chobits = white
- Jigoku Shoujo = Red
- NANA = green
- Sailor Moon = Yellow
- Shuffle! = orange
- Elfen Lied = gold
etc.
These are my favorites anime series and the colors I think suits them....How abou you?

-Bleach = black
-Cardcaptor Sakura = pink
-Chobits = white
-Clannad = pink
-Digimon = blue
-ef - A Tale of Memories = purple
-Eureka Seven - green
-Fullmetal Alchemist = red
-Gundam Seed = red & blue
-Higurashi = red
-Inuyasha = red
-Kannazuki no Miko = gold
-Kanon = white
-Lucky Star = ...every colour
-Myself; Yourself = brown
-Naruto = orange
-Ouran = light blue
-Rozen Maiden = red
-Sailor Moon = yellow
-School Days = black
-Shuffle = green
-Sola = purple
-Haruhi = red
I have a lot of doubles. And a lot of red.

Associating Anime with Colour,nice!Well,for me:
The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi (Yellow),ARIA (Blue),Shakugan no Shana (Red),Death Note (Black),Chobits (White).
I agree with most of your colors but Elfin Lied is most certainly red. For the obvious reason.
Angel Sanctuary - Dark Red
Fruits Basket - light blue
Ouran - orange
DNAngel - dark blue
Death Note - grey
Inutasha - red

PS to XRW175P6MQ4 : Yeah, Elfen Lied is, to most people red, but since I love the opening I picked gold...To me it's verry suitable^^
