character's and pairing's future in GS/D series. I remember on first GSD opening

As far as I remember Meer was the subject of all angers previously. Meyrin was
never mentioned seriously until the final plus. And all of the sudden a scene
pops out of no where in this new alternate opening and here's miss Hawk standing
next to our blond princess as a potential pair of ATHRUN ZALA. (Not to mentione
with her pig-tails down!) Honestly, I cannot even compare Meyrin with Cagalli.
She's kind but gains absolutely no point against Cagalli.
GOD! I really want to know WHY did they do this? WHAT was wrong with Athrun and
Cagalli that they decided to seperate them and bring up all this girls (Luna,
Meer, Mayrin) & guy (Yuuna Roma) in the middle! WHY?!
P.S: I'm about to kill ATHURUN ZALA to end all this mess! Where's Kira?! I need
him to lend me Freedom for a while!

watched it; made me a bit disappointed *cause I saw something I didn't like *, but then I saw some evidence in that vid that shows that it's just fan-made

Somehow, I've got to agree with what've been said there. I also noticed it the
second time I watched it. Some scenes are definitly based on scans that have
been published already. Even Luna and Meyrin's footage. As far as I know usually
the scenes are showed and later their scans and posters are published! Besides
that opening was truely genuine then we would find at least one new scene and
character drawing. In special Edition we came across with many of them (Some
minor or major changes).

than just old clips from the TV series, the SEs and scans..But other than that,
I'd have to say that it was a pretty good AMV ^^

another anime. In fact I'm looking for a source to download it. The song sound

dare that fan make me so sure that Gundam Seed Movie is out already. I was
thinking, 'OMG! I missed the movie! Darned it! ' With some curses. And it turned

easily go with AsuCaga. Still I believe this is merely a rumor. There's no
proof, and if it this was true, many fans would object to it before production
of the movie.

the fans. after all he did bring Mwu La Fllaga back from dead because of the
fans' reaction to his death. so i think that most likely he will probably, in
the movie, have them get back together. i mean athrun and cagalli do still love

her ring he said that it was ok at the moment. as i saw, he decided to wait till
the war ended and then fight to bring her back. then again i say he was wearing
an orb uniform unlike kira, shinn ,meyrin and luna.
i don't know if any of you payed attantion to the very very VERY end of the last
episode...

Cagalli doesn't have a enough time for Athrun and Meyrin does. Plus Meyrin Threw
away everything she had including her Allegiance to zaft to save Athrun butt. In
when shinn destroys the Gouf Athrun protects her and takes most of Punishment.
In case you people missed eps 38, 40, 42, 43, 44, 45 of gundam seed destiny.
Meyrin helps Athrun walk after the battle of Athrun is under the Care Meyrin
Hawke and watchings over him. Plus caggalli takes the ring witch means their
engagement is off.

I saw that last scene in the 4th special edition; I was quite happy with it ^^
So I believe you can be hopeful that Athrun has chosen to be with Cagalli in
ORB. Let's just hope it stays that way in the upcoming movie

It is true that Cagalli may/may not have time for Athrun because of her duties
and all, but if LacusxKira can be together (with Lacus taking on a position
similar to Cagalli's on PLANTS, and Kira in the military), why can't
AthrunxCagalli be together? If Lacus has time for Kira, then Cagalli can have
time for Athrun.
It is also true that Meyrin was there helping Athrun walk, and Athrun was under
the care of Meyrin, but it doesn't mean that Meyrin was the one who watched over
him 24/7. Kira or Lacus could have watched over Athrun sometimes too (or
Miriallia, or some other crew member). Even Cagalli watched over Athrun during
the time he was unconscious. There's lots of possibilities here, not just
one
Cagalli took off the ring because she
figured that her duty at that time was more important than her love life. Her
duties to ORB are important during this critical time, so her love life had to
wait. It doesn't mean that the engagement is off. In SE 4, she was seen taking
off the ring (with a very sad expression on her face, meaning that she didn't
want to do this, but she felt that she had to...for now). Athrun even understood
the meaning behind that. As stated in a post above by NeptuneBlue, Athrun said
that he was okay with it and was willing to wait (episode 45 I believe). In the
Edge manga, told in Athrun's POV, it indicated that the relationship between
AthrunxCagalli is real and still ongoing; it's just that at that time (during
the war), they had to put their love aside until their dreams become a reality.
I prefer Athrun x Meyrin just because I don't like Cagalli as a character, but
Ethiwen did make a good point about Kira and Lacus still being together if she
becomes the chairwoman of PLANT, so you never know.

I saw somewhere that a serie called Gundam seed eternity was supposed to be the
3rd series of seed and I read the first 3 eps story but there wasn't the rest
of'em so I guess that they stopped and thank God they did 'cause : ep 1 : Lacus
Clyne is mudered in a public conference , ep2 Cagalli dissapears and someone
else takes her place , ... sorry i read it a long time ago so i forgot what was
in ep 3 but it was very chaotic ...
