Of all the zanpakuto in Bleach, there are a lot that haven't been shown. Either
that or their shikai and/or bankai haven't been released. Which one would you
like to see the most?
I really want to see what Yachiru and Yoruichi's zanpakuto look like. I've seen
them in their normal form, but they haven't been released yet. I'm pretty
interested into seeing what Yachiru's looks like.
I want to see Yachiru and Nanao's zanpakuto, and I want to get a better look at
Matsumoto's. I was so bummed when her confrontation with Kira was cut off.
Most prevalent theory is that Urahara's bankai is so devastating that it would
kill someone as weak as Chad. Either that or it is not an offensive-type bankai
like Tosen's.
I want to see Ulquiorra's sword and its release. So far he's depended solely on
his bare hands and his Cero.
Vaizard Releases with their mask on that would be a lot coller than Espadas
releases
full holow version of chad would be good to
for ulquiorra i have mixed feeling for wanting see it or not since so far only
grimm releases that actually cool in a way. it would be hell it ulq-san become
an odd creature like phytarh(?) pegasus in skypeia

Considering that the zanpakuto reflects the one wields it and the fact that
Benihime is one of the few female zanpakuto, I could think of a few reasons as
to why. I''m sure its really actually good to train with and he's just very
private about it.
I would like to see:
Yamamoto: Bankai
Soi Fon: Bankai
Ichmaru: Bankai
Unohana: Bankai
Aizen: Bankai
Shunsui: Bankai
Nanao: Shikai
Shuhei: Shikai
Ukitake: Bankai
and the releases of the Vizards and Espadas.
One can only hope that Kenpahci of Zeraki gains the ability to use shikai and
bankai, because we can all imagine just how devestatingly brutal it would
probably be. Contrast that with Yachiru's insanely unimposing figure, I can't
even begin to imagine what her release would be like. Then there's Mr. Hat and
Clog's Benihime... so much to look forward to.

Yachiru is a lieutenant and Rukia is only strong enough to be a seated officer.
I don't know if Yachiru is or isn't strong enough, but Rukia definitely isn't at
a level where she could reach manifestation, let alone Bankai.
I have this feeling that kisuke's shikai has these certain ability of
mimicry......
while yoruichi's shikai could be kidou-based coz she's good in kidou.......
