i registered here lyk a week ago, and i finally tried to figure out the userpage
customization. i hav NO idea on how to make the skins and adding tables and
etc., and really confused about it. i don't know wut "slices" even is.
i know i'm acting like a total noob here, but i don't know much about how
minitokyo userpages work. PLEASE help! DX
i hav the basics of html down, so i'm not a TOTAL noob for that.

If you need a skin, you can either read the tutorials:

PaintShop Pro: Custom Userpage Tutorial- Paint Shop Pro Edition **MT3**
Or request a userpage skin at UserpageSkinDesigns
i alrdy hav checked those tudorials, and i use a free editing program. so i don't know how to make the skins using those tutorials.
