Who Do u think should win? Who do u think should be thr next US Prez?

For a topic as serious as the 2008 American presidential elections, let's start it off by using the full word rather than abbreviations. "President" rather than "Prez." Your first post ought to also be much more substantive, such as providing your own views.

Thread title edited, thread moved.

Not Hillary! Not because she is a woman but because she is not and has not proven that she is capable of running this country. Add in the fact that she is a Democrat and that seals the deal since I do not agree with about 70% of the current Democrat agenda.

If I had to choose someone right now it would probably be Fred Thompson since he seems to me on first look to be the person who could do the best job. His view on reigning in government is the best idea I have seen in a while from a politician.

Hmmmmmmm..... I usually avoid the threads but I guess I'll say my who I think should be president.

Hillary. I dont know why either, just I think she might be a good president. (might but idk)

Ron Paul is America's only hope.

Hillary or Obama will carry on with the crap that has been happening for decades in America leading to blowback ... over and over again.

a better president then what we had for the past 8 years of torture could be a start

An intelligent president would be a nice change.

I don't know if a different president, even one who wants to make a huge change, will make much difference. He (or she) would still have to deal with congress & the house of representatives. The presidency is just one arm. If the other 2 arms really don't want something to happen, they can easily block it. It's happened before, a president who wanted to change Washington. He got nowhere and became a laughingstock.
