Hmm...I was just wondering, Valentine's Day is coming up, and it seems to be one
of the big things around at my school right now. People are going shopping for
gifts, buying special clothes and accessories, and there's even something that
the faculty is putting together. There's also going to be a huge schoolwide
party...I'm really not looking forward to it, but what could I do?
Anyway, how are you guys spending Valentine's Day? Any nice memories or horrible
memories to share?
Nope. None at all.. Valentine's Day was never a big deal at the schools I went
to. The only time I actually celebrated it was when I was still in grade school.
We didn't do much. We'd snack on sweets and we'd give each other Valentine cards
that we bought from some store while buying the groceries
I don't think the school I'm going to now is doing anything either...
bad memories....haha none.I usually spent valentines on my own during the day so
I'll go around happily looking at couples.
Then when night comes...I'll go have a nice dinner with my girlfriend and we
have fun.
Every Valentines Day, I'd always try to not to expect it because no one gives me
flowers or some sweet stuff or what lovers usually do on Valentines... and I
feel bad that I see people on my school doing those stuff... so I decided that I
will hang out with my fellow single friends that have zero love lives at an
arcade and karaoke bar
nothing here, valentine's day has always been the worst holiday for me, until I
learned to dispise another holiday, but at any rate I normally sent myself
things to feel important but normally nothing special never happened, except a
lot of disappointment

for my friends and say my confessions to them as well (lmfao jking!). but
yeeeah.. the school in general doesn't care about it like bronx sci i guess...so
yeah i'll be expecting pimples soon on everyone's faces lmfao
We used to make valentines in school and send them to one another. I actually
made one my Sophomore year in college for my fiance. ^^
He still loves to show it to me (he's kept it for 4 years).
His and my first Valentine's Day we went out on a date. I got into the vehicle
and he started showering me with gifts (a teddybear, chocolates, and a rose)
that's he had somehow managed to hid in the truck. It was
sooo sweet. He said he didn't know what he was "supposed" to do. He'd
never done anything like that before. I loved it. After that, he took me to
dinner. The whole evening was wonderful, one of the best of my life.
Hmm... I don't usually do much on Valentine's Day. There's dance at my school
(There's a dance for any occasion. ANY occasion. If I didn't know better, I'd
say it was just an excuse for the teachers to take a break) but I never go to
it, as it's usually boring.
Valentine`s day has been quite uneventful for me ever since. I still don`t get
what the big deal is. You can celebrate love all year round. Why wait for a
single day to come?
hahaha! i sort of know how u feel, a club in my school is organizing an event
during VD, but im so lazy to go ther...have never reallly celebrated VD in my
life HAHAHA
ahhh, i seriously think that if i was allowed to go to one of those dances or
events, i would go with a group of friends. so fun! just confessing to them my
undying love for them (hah, that's pay back for you marmaladie!). Buuut
my parents would freak if they found out I was doing something like that...even
when i was student council president, my parents didnt let me go to the
christmas dance to set it up.

mother day and father day. For birthdays, you should celebrate living a day

Ooh ooh ooh! I have a horrible memory to share! One time in second grade, there
was this scary kid. No offense to him, it's just that...well he peed all the
time in his pants and that freaked me out. So yeah, well he gave me a valentine
and there were heart stickers all over it. I didn't know what to say so he just
kept on bombarding me with them. I was little and nerdy and didn't know a thing
so I just said that I'd love to be his friend. He thoguht otherwise and told
everyone that i was his girlfriend or something...and that was so scary,
especially since my crush heard that and after that, he stopped talking to me.
T-T how sad...but I got over that quickly, since in third grade I met another
jerky guy whom I happened to have a crush on.
I have a good memory though! Last year, I went out with a friend of mine to go
ice skating! That was sooooooooooooooooooooo fun! And I don't like sweets, but
he somehow got me to eat at Baskin and Robins. Frightening...but I actually did
that willingly. And well...I wouldn't really take anything else from him since I
got really angry at him. But we still had a great evening! I had to get home
early and then I was just with my family. that

gave me a kiss on the cheek... i can't believe i even still remember that...
