Hmm, I'd love to say Orihime or Kon ( toy-mode ), but maybe not. Maybe because Orihime has no real instincts to beat up people or pwn someone. It could be Masaki or D-Roy, but its arguable at this point.

Ichigo, shounen's main character is usually weak, but made to win all battles cause its the main character.

Kon and Yuzu are the weakest in Bleach...well Orihime is a bit weak too...

for me, KON is the weakest among all the characters in bleach..

In terms of power, probably Yuzu.

If we're talking about who is least likely to win a fight just for fighting's sake, I would have to agree that it would be Orihime or Yuzu. If we're talking about actual power, I forsee Orihime actually being near the top in power, but Yuzu still would probably be near the bottom.

yuzu or kon probably. it's hard to decide at this point though with so many characters still in development.
