Same way you vote for those who enter in the Host Club Contest, those who didn't here's how you do it by reading the instructions below

You are allowed to vote for your favorite group of icons from 1 member. So for example: I vote for [insert member name here]'s banner, and [insert member name here]'s icons.
Just to clear it up, you don't have to vote for the same creator of the banners and icons. You can vote for, like, Naomi-chan's banner, and Silver Dragon's icons. Get it?

All icons must be from the same person/group, don't chose 3 different icons from 3 different members, please!
