Hi I'm new here and I just created my first wallpaper. Can I upload this? Please comment and give constructive critism. Thank you!

Matsuri Shihou- Among the Clouds Wallpaper

This took me two hours, my friend took a photo of the sky for me and I used it as the background. It took a while messing around with the lighting for Matsuri's figure but I think it turned out pretty okay...
As for the design, I found some neat brushes as a start-out since I suck at designing and I collaborated them together. I also added a little blue streak on the side 'cause I thought it helped balance the picture. Adjusting the transparency and adding a little more brightness hopefully gives it a nostalgic feeling.

I made another Sola wallpaper. This one took me 3 hours instead. Could anyone please give me some tips, ideas or comments? That would be greatly appreciated!

Sola Wallpaper- Aono

Aono's extraction is a bit messy. Still got some white areas around her.

"You may not use unmodified stock images for background purposes. For the purposes of this policy, an image is "unmodified" if it has not undergone any editing or if it has undergone only basic editing, such as resizing, retouching, or cropping."
Says the policy and I think your wallpapers could be deleted for this reason because even though you used some brushes, the actual background photos remained unaltered. I suggest that you try to work with your backgrounds before you submit the wallies even if you think you're not good at it yet, I'm sure you can do it (everybody is starting as a beginner).
I'm not really an expert on photos but you could use some filters or try to paint over them.
Last but not least I agree with misteruga, and in your Matsuri Shihou wallpaper the extraction has some white spots in the upper left as well.
Good luck with your work.

Other than the extraction, try to get the girl to blend more with the background. She's kind of just there floating right now.

Erdbeermilch also brought up a valid point about the sky too
