I like characters that have an interesting past or current conflict. I also like
characters who make me laugh or inspire me. And ones who make mistakes,
definitely. Intelligence and arrogance are usually pluses. But I also like
humble characters, and those who know their limitations. The voice actor plays a
role as well, so does style and the character design.
My favorites also usually have a large role in the series, I rarely get attached
to side characters. I don't really have a specific favorite character, and there
are many reasons for why I like the ones I do...
REAL Mayer, Faye Valentine, Cagalli Yula Attha, Saber, Fuu -- They all poses
great strength, determination, feistiness and an attractive vulgarity in their
actions and vocabulary. I really like tough and independent girls.
Robin -- She posses all the qualities that I said previously except that she's
not aggressive at all. Her wisdom and patience has made me like her
Amon, Vincent Law, Joe (Innocent Venus), Lelouch, Jin (Samurai Champloo), Ion
Fortuna-- They're all full of bitterness, wisdom and deep inner darkness. And
almost all of them are veryquiet and
introvert.
Mugen, Alucard, Spike Spiegel -- Selfish, skillful, strong & secretly caring
of people close to them

My personal I would have to choose preferred character;
Rena Ruugu.
Reason; I love how sweet she can be, then how easily she can turn, and have the
vampire eyes, and the look, as well as tone which creeps you out, and sends
chills down your spine!
Then one of the best moments, in season 2;
Rena says; "How cute I want to take her home" when Hanyuu transfers
in, and then tries several times to carry her away!
That was the best!
Also weapon of choice; Rena's cleaver, even in season 1, it had amazing look,
with her on the cliff, and in season 2 she took out so many guys with it, ah
just the best seeing that weapon in her hands in action, and how evil it makes
her look!
I'd say that Kawazoe Tamaki (Bamboo Blade) is my favorite character because she
reminds me of myself almost every other second! She's pretty much how I would be
if I was a girl!
nagato yuki - a fooking alien i say!, what could be better then hanging with an
alien, and a female as well, *tut tut* she's for the most part, withdrawn from
everyone else and a bit quiet, but just exudes awesomenss. she can learn just
about anything, such as teh guitar in a matter of seconds, not to mention she
can also make others ridiculously overwhelming at anything if she wants, such as
teh baseball in one of teh earlier eppy's in TMoHS. there's plenty other reason
as well, but i'll just stick with teh above.

I like Boogiepop Phantom because he is automatic and he is wanted in this crazy world.
I like Aya Toujou from Ichigo 100% & Tamaki Kousaka from To Heart 2. Both of them r so pretty!
