Ok..I know this might sound crazy..or it really does soud crazy but I have a question..

How can you create your own userpage without using Photoshop?

It might sound crazy but I have been trying to create my own using other programs but it still doesn't work and I need to return my old one that Pikac made for me.

I am just asking...you don't have to reply if you don't want to..

You don't have to use Adobe Photoshop, you can use another graphics program like Paint Shop Pro or Gimp.

What programs do you have available?
