Baptized as an orthodox Christian, but of course I didn't have a call at this

I consider myself as an atheist meaning that I don't have any faith in something
considered by others as superior, and that's because we don't have any proof
about something superior/creator/being. It could be anything or nothing, no
point searching for something, at least for now.
Umm... ya see, I was raised methodist by my mother 'cause thats how she was
raised. But my father was raised catholic, so he just stayed catholic. However,
my mother has recently coverted to catholicism, and I now go to a catholic
church because of it. Even though i'm not catholic. People have asked me why I
didn't convert, now that both my parents are catholic. It's not that I have
anything against the catholic religion, it's just I really didn't feel the need
to convert just because of my parents. Is that so wrong?
Officially - I'm a Christian. Truth to be told, I'm so cynical and open-minded
that every religion looks for me almost the same. The same delusions.
But that's just in order to be able to have this fancy wedding ceremony. People
died from starvation in order to build all these beautiful churches, so why
should I be not given a chance to take advantage of that?
I'm muslim yet i'm againt the punishment of apostasy
and the stoning (it's origine is not realy islamic)
and I think that it's people who deformed the religions
to follow their ancestors traditions
and tend to forget about the spiritual aspect of religions.
I'm more of a rationalistic person ,I think that science(every science) is the
way to find truth
and that human mind is the judge.
no religious preference. it even says so on my dog tags (doesn't mean i'm atheist since that in itself is a religion)
i believe in shamanism .. seeing as its the closest fit to all the things i naturally believe in..
