i've had some problem with my friends in the past..
i dont like those feelings so i
ease it by:
1. cry-
2. sleep
3. wake up n try to forget it-it's really hard
4(bonus). eating- lol
1. hmm...i always found it much easier to deal with if you watch a really good
anime that will make you laugh ^___^
some suggestions are:
Bleach - pretend that the person who hurt you is the Hollow and you are either
Rukia/Ichigo (i.e - slay the baddie and forget about it)
Love Hina - hmmm...this seems to cheer me up alot. try it, it might work for you
2. or, like makiyasha said, command your horde of anime characters to torture
the person but dont forget, karma might come back on you with this one

3. voodoo - only if the person really deserves it. karma gets angry if you do it
too often O_O
4. have a good long cry to get all

Well, I don't think that you can ever forget what your friends do to you. But I
do think that you can feel better. Crying definitly does help. And as Melodyfpf
brought up, time heals all wounds. I, myself, am going through a time where I am
healing because of what my former friends did to me But as
time goes on, I do feel better as should

if it is - i TRY to be helpful and not hurt anyones feelings, but sometimes, i

sympathize with you for it. i HATE the feeling. but would you truly call them
your friends? maybe this is indicating for you to find new ones, with a more
mellow approach in your social circle

your throwing a tantrum or having a good time. which would you choose? so its
better to spend that time doing what you like, and boost your wellbeing levels

Then to try to stop being so depressed and sad, there's always something else to
do to make you forget. Play some games? Shop? Shop with friends? Be with your
friends/family, just be with people that can make you happy...
Yea, 'm never one to hold grudges but the atmosphere around us would be
extremely awkward since I've had this happen very recently but music uplifted me
so quickly and it was great.
I don't forget it I embrace my heart break by let out some steam, whether it's
ranting, throwing tantrums, or just talking to someone I trust about it.
Helplines can also help, if you can't find anyone to talk to.
what helps me is try to work it off somehow. although sometimes its not
fullproof. so afterwards just listen to music. kinda hard to sleep when someone
hurts you, but also try not to cry about it, but its also hard to just forget
about it.
