well, i live in the states, but back in korea, they do translate japanese to
korean for opening and ending.
i prefer a little of both, but if i have to, then i would say just translate in
korean, cuz i can understand some of the words. in the lyrics.
I prefer then to be sung in Japanese with alternating subtitles. For instance,
the first episode my have the song subtitles in English, then in the
romantisized form of Japanese for the next episode.
not always translated... some are, but it seems they just make entirely new
songs for english versios of anime... they used to do translations but it seems
that the trend is going away from translating or creating english songs, and
simply sticking to the original japanese titles... which i perfer by far
cause japanese stuff tends to sound weird in american and doesnt set that mood
like... DAMN IM WATCHING ANIMES

translated ones as well. i remember Pokemon's ones were all pretty good.
But in general- japanese anime OST rocks!
No in my country no anime has been ever translated [it's very hard to get anime
here, in Bangladesh]. Also, I like them in the original Japanese form. I also
like subbed anime cause Japanese sounds really nice and calm.
The dragon ball's opening and ending I like better much in my idiom. buy it is
the only in this matter, usually a preffer in the original language also the
voices of the serie.
the OP and ED songs jsut seem to sound better in japanese for two reasons. One
there is a bigger market for anime so more skilled ppl are usually used. Second
i jsut seem to like not understanding all the words and just listening to the
whole thing with no meaning. Might not get my meaning but oh well.

Like the jap op for kiddy grade makes me laugh to much so i prefer the english
on that one.

And i kinda like the english version of the Magic Knight Rayearth openings and
endings.
I hate dubs period. I can watch a French/Italian/ ect movie and I'd still go
with Subs. Subs NOT Dubs!
I don't care if the dubs aren't bad (but most of the the time they suck anyway)
I prefer the original. I don't speak/read Japanese but I prefer hearing it that
way. I think the language and the way it's spoken is cool anyway.
I like most or all the Opening and Ending songs in BLeach and sing along to it
also even if don't know the actual words or meaning by heart only if they're
shown in screen translated.

Hm, I think it depends on the song. It can go either way depending on the song. Some songs sound good both ways to me.
I like the theme songs to be in their original songs or sounds because it's pretty much easier to sing since I know how to speak in Japanese...

Oh geez.... I'm not even gonna try to watch and listen them in spanish (my ears will ring so much). They are absolutely awful.

dubbing sucks, i prefer the original version, although sometime the dubbing can be good but still... it sucks.
best if the song is in unintelligable lyrics. but other times would be original, even if the japanese singer is performing in engrish.
