I was wondering - who here types faster than they write and who here writes
faster than they type?
It only took me a month and a half before I perfected my typing techniques. I
now type super fast without even having to look at the keyboard... hehehehehe...
<80 wpm O.o> So long pencil and paper!
i realized in a lecture that i was wasting a ridiculous amount of time with my
pen. unfortunately i am not blessed with computer portability, so ink is where
i call home
Its not even funny how much faster I am at typing than writing. Of course
typing will always be faster, just something that needs to be perfected (This is
my personal conclusion from what I've learned over the years, if someone feels
elsewise then by all means let me know) while with writing I can write quite
fast...just that I can't read it and I have no idea what I just wrote and since
I'm left handed I smear the lead....hooray!
Faster in writing, but in the long run, I tire out and my hand starts hurting
and I slow down and typing is easier for me anyway. Teachers barely understand
what I write too.
I type faster than I write, but for classes, I tend to write since it helps me
imprint things to my memory better. After classes, I tend to type up the notes
really quickly while I can still decypher my handwriting.
I type faster than I write as well. Unfortunately, I spend too much money on my
PC, anime, everything else except for saving for a laptop. Damn, I need one
too..........I think.
Typing is always faster, because i got use to talking on AIM, but I do pass
notes too its just i hate using a pencil. Typing is alot more fun and just
easier for me because i dont have to look down when i type. simple as that.
as unusual as it may seem i am faster at writing and unusual complements come
with my writing style....one of them....you write like a girl....and...my
manuscript looks a lot like cursive to some people
I prefer typing to writing, but the speed is probably about the same. The only
thing that let's me down with my typing is that I have clumsy fingers, so
although I can touch type speedily, I often hit one wrong key so if it's
accuracy I'm after I prefer to write even though it's much slower.
Quote by TaMatyping faster than i write of
cause ^^ i hate to write with a pen, its slow, ugly and if i write alot then it
begins to hurt in the hand ;
Same for me, also my hands will begin to sweat very quickly which makes it even
more difficult to write.
I don't do much writing at all, pretty much only when writing out checks.
I must admit I am way more faster at typing, although I sometimes let a mistake
slip here or there that I wouldn't have made by ink. But mistakes can be
corrected, so I'd rather type, and it spares me from re-writting my work or
anything later on, because my hand-writting can be a pretty mess for
non-exercised eyes.
im way more faster at typing too
but i never learn to
so i type everything using only my pointer, index and ring fingers
i look, but i can still typre real fast
for me.. typing is definitely faster.. and not only that.. its much neater..
because if i were to write fast using a pen/pencil... i would have scribbled all
the way haha

Typing, no contest, writing takes me more time, and strains my wrist faster.. plus I make less spelling mistakes typing believe it or not.
I'm much faster at typing. Plus, when I'm writing, I get tired quickly.

Typing, Writing?? I accualy haven't wrote anything in many years, besides my signature for invoices for my Credit Card HAHA
I'm serious too.....
Recently I was asked to jot down some notes real quick and i looked at what I
wrote and i was like.... whaaaaa the hell is this
i can tell you that I can type faster than I can speak though
typing is more convenient i guess.... and besides, nobody could even read my penmanship even if i write slow
Typing is faster for me. It's not that hard. I get lazy when I write and it becomes unreadable.
