....Honestly, I'd brood over it. I'm not the type who lets go of the past
easily, especially the painful kind. I might not act so, but it would somehow
get in the way of my normal life, create feelings of awkwardness and uneasiness
with those who get close. ...that is, those I let near me. I could do things to
help alleviate the pain, but it would still remain nonetheless. The pain would
remain just as deep.
Honestly I vent it out first, even if it's just to myself out loud. Then I pop
in a good movie to get my mind off of it.
I never forget it or truly forgive it actually (definitely one to hold grudges),
but slowly I'll stop thinking about so frequently and move on.
I'd rant about it on a notepad. It makes me feel like I'm talking to someone :]
When I finish ranting, I delete the notepad so it makes me feel better.
I would watch a comedy or horror flick, go shopping, listen to some calming
music, study, or clean the house just to keep my mind from thinking about the
issue.
I usually mulch in a corner and reflect over what happened... Maybe cry a bit
(don't like crying over petty stuff like this, but my emotions conquer my
logical mind). Yeah... and maybe go destroy some stuff or go call up a friend
and get them to hear me out on my heartbreak. Things usually do get better
pretty fast, cos my heartbreak problems are rather small, compared to other
peoples. Or maybe it's because I'm a big meanie who usually does the
heartbreaking... lol. I can
be quite mean sometimes, and expect everyone else to be as stony-hearted as
myself.
good choice, althought i dont taste brandy
1.Have a good long cry
2. Go online and talk to people about things other than love and all..
3. Read books, to take my mind off of it, preferbly books like The Northen Lights, things that don't involve love scenes
If it's something beyond healing, I forget it. But if it still can be patched, I find a way.

Well i try to forget it the most quickly possible... I don't like to fight with anothers and I prefer to heal my heart to make other people suffer
Zone out in music, sleep, and find someone else to help you forget

move along, laugh, and forget.
