I think some screencaptures are too blurred and the quality is not good enough.
What's also important: you didn't extract the scan, especially the heart clearly
enough. And I also think that the concept of the background is a bit simple. You
just put some images on top of each other.
But you can improve! Try to read tutorials or ask people who are really good at
vectoring or making wallpapers. I've done this and it helped me a lot! ^.^
And please don't take this post as an attack or something like that. =)
I agree that this wally would be better if just apply a bit more efford, the
main reason for making it was to try Photoshop CS3 anyway, and I'm not an expert
but I can make works much better than this.

I agree that if you just re-touched it it would be great. Just take out the black lines at the top or bottoms of the screencaptures and stuff.
