Can I cook? Well lets see in my family you've got to learn to at least cook small things, but for my skill in it. I have made in the past Chinese-Style Spare Ribs and numerous other complex things, but my all time favorite things to cook are things that I wrote the recipe for. My Sweet And Sour Chicken Casserole is one of those such things and my chili and soup recipes are two others. I have this motto "If it can be cooked I can cook it. It may not look like the picture, but it'll taste good or I'll keep trying until it does."
