noticed by the live performance, there's anime voices and anime art. Does anyone
know what the anime is called?
dunno either but sometimes people do fan songs where it's the music and then do
their own work over or with it...care to share the you tube link or the likes,

I found it and from what I saw it wasn't an anime, but a manga, don't know to
help you any but it appears to be some sort of "gun" related manga if
that is to help you somewhat...sorry that I couldn't have been more help for

I saw the concert: The author of the characters is called Jun Abe. The three
heroes are called DR.MOOG, GIANT STRONG, and Capsule Kei. As far as I know they
are not from any manga and they were done especially for Glay's
'HIGHCOMMUNICATION Tour 2007-2008'. That is all I know, hope it's enough detail.
