In any event I'd be cautious about uploading this one (if it isn't in the
gallery). I refer to the policy about member behaviour, which states:

has members who are children under the age of 13. You therefore understand that

submitting or posting any material that is harmful, insulting, threatening,
abusive, invasive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic,
hateful, racially or otherwise objectionable. You understand that submitting or
posting any such material will result in a reduction of your membership
privileges or a ban on your membership account."
This picture may not be in the gallery for good reason as it may be borderline
"otherwise objectionable" - i.e. two young women, in varying stages of
undress, in a rather intimate position. Not for me to make the final call, you
might want to get a moderator to see if it is acceptable.
Okay seriously first you need to do your own research and search the gallery
yourself to figure out whether it's already been uploaded or not. Second you
don't have any rights to that scan so you can't say don't upload this I found it
first. This is the internet, unless you actually scanned that image, then you
have no right to say who can and cannot submit an image.
Third that isn't really suitable since judging by the pink haired girls
expression there is something fishy going on.
Please tell me if it already exists in the gallery but if no please tell me^^
