Hello everyone, here's the wall, hope you can help me improve it before submitting.

Before you say something about the mist, it's suppoused to be misty, so please keep it in mind. That's a mist dragon, after all, there should be mist =3
I seem to have a lot of issues with vectored vs. painty look (I think asa01 traumatized me about it, I'm really worried about it). Tips, anyone?
My brain is kinda dry now, hope there's not many mistakes because I'll have a busy week next week~

This is absolutely beautiful. The grass needs to be more painty to match the rest of the wall, but other than that, it's amazing.

Frankly, the background is too good for a chibi.
A beautiful, serene looking character would fit better, especially with the mist dragon.
I hope you made the background since ripping isn't allowed... a link to the stock image or a detailed explication on how you made it is necessary.
So, if you just replace the chibi with a normal person, the wallpaper is really beautiful <3

Fantastic painting job, it's wonderful!
I got some crits:
-The character looks out of place since the it has this bold outlines plus, I think the same as Sakura-Dust: a serene looking character would work better.
-The trees and the grass don't fit with eachother...it seems you used the default ps brush then paint it over it and the placed the tree, don't get me wrong, there's nothing bad about it, it's just that the tree looks way too good for the grassfield.

Overall, it's an outstanding wallpaper.

Don't take that as a fact. The background isn't THAT fancy... Actually, I think a character like that would look off more than anything. <_< Personally, I think you can make this look fine if you take the time to make the background look painted like the character so that they blend together. You can accomplish this if you practice gently smudging the background, and maybe adding a few bold lines to match with those on the character. To balance the fog in the front you might want to consider adding a somewhat heavier patch in the background as well, but not too much or you won't see the detail in the grass. Good luck!
