I'm not a frequent visitor/user of the chat lounge, but I'm wondering if it
would be easier if there were sub-categories within it? Between the games and
the role playing, finding a thread that is simply for some mindless chat or
banter is quite difficult. Giving those types of threads their own section may
provide an easier browsing atmosphere, especially for those who do frequent that
particular area. Thoughts?

Just because you don't care about it doesn't make it insignificant. I don't use
it that much either, but there are obviously many people that do.
I was actually wondering the same as shoujoboy. I've noticed there are numerous
game and roleplaying threads popping up and it makes it hard to filter through
and browse other topics. I'd like to second the motion, but I can understand if
it's not deemed important enough of an issue.

Just because you don't see me post there doesn't mean I don't use it. Ahhh See what I did there.
I still say purge it. Just like how they purged the Abstract Art section...
