Well, I have to say chocolate..the biggest reason being that I usually don't
feel like eating ice cream when it's cold, while I can eat chocolate anytime.

in diet.... Inside my diet what since it is Ice cream, not often a chocolate,

Yes! It is great. You get the nice bitter sweet taste of
the chocolate and then the pepper grabs you by the tongue and body slams you to
the floor. Its reaallllly good.
Ice-cream is much better than chocolate. Ice-cream leaves a cool taste in your
mouth after eating it on a hot day. Chocolate just melts and doesn't col
anything.

I think chocolate, dark chocolate has lower amounts of fat as compared to ice cream.. haha
