I can tell you 2 things about that "vector": it's either an enlarged
vector or it's simply an enlarged image.
The scene looks too 3D, if you know what I mean. Add some textures or filters to
make it look more anime-ish. The same goes for the characters, they're really
pixelated. It looks as if you saved the wallpaper in .GIF format, even though
you saved it as a .JPG Use a high value when saving it and DON'T enlarge images
unless you really know how to cover every inch of pixelation That's why I choose the easy way and vector the small images I use.
I had made a new anime wallie, is this wallie ready for submission or not? If you want me to add some elements, please post a comment in this forum.

Ok pandemonium91... I will make other wallpapers and try to make this like not pixelated.. I think my Photoshop was having problems again
