I guess most of you know or have seen episode 1 of Code Geass on Adult Swim if
you don't know code geass is now showing on adult swim Sat @ 1:30am . I
just want to your opnion on it. was the dub good , was it bad?
I gave it a 5 out of 10. Now don't get me wrong I LOVE the show, I just didn't
like the english version all that much. Frist of all were the hell did they get
Suzaku's voice actor from? Every time he spoke I felt like head was going to
explode. I did like Johnny Yong Bosch as Lelouch but that was it. And I felt
that alot of the excitement was taken out of the show for some reason, maybe the
voice actors? Finally I guess for censorship reasons the nude part with Lelouch
and C.C was taken out! ( sigh) Great now I know what to expect when episode 11
airs! >=0000000~~~~~! So I am just going to watch the jap. subs.
Was it the first episode that was shown on 4/26? Because it seemed like that was
probably the second or third ep to me. I think I might watch it subbed online
perhaps. If the dubs are as different as you say. xD
I did like the episode I saw though. Though...I'm not sure exactly what the
series is going to be about just yet. ^^
IT was not that different. C.C part was NOT taken out. It was sped up a bit, in
order to fit show into time limits (same done with OP and ED). The only thing
removed was "Pizza Hut" logos.
I haven't really seen it yet...but judging from what they've done with
"Groove Adventure RAVE",
"Mirumo De Pon", and a lot of other animes, I don't think I'll like it
one bit...
Detah, I was talking about the part when C.C and Lelouch had that long talk and
they were both nude they just showed C.C no Lelouch. But you do bring up a good
point about the time limit I didn't think about that.
