years already, they age really slowly in SS. So it is not like he's
inexperienced in battle or anything like that.

really no experience in life in general, he's a got a load of experience
already, not close to the other captains of course, but he is not a naive kid.
He sure can be strong, but if you ask me, Toshiro still has a lot of growth
ahead of him to become even stronger than he is. After all, he has to overcome
his youth and grow even more so mentally, such as losing his arrogance, which
has gotten him nearly killed on two seperate ocassions; first with Aizen, then
with Shawlong, even IF the limiters were on.

go as he's still young. All of the captains are strong. But as each of their
Soul Cutter is different, each of them has their own weakness.

as he is, I'd say no. He's probably already stronger than that foxy dude as
someone said before. He's considered a prodigy and has the strongest ice
zanpakutou which means quite a big deal.
Also, Aizen was using hypnosis, which beat Ichigo, Renji, and etc. Luppi... he
got beaten anyway, right? I'm betting that Hitsu could've also killed Gin that
night if Hinamori hadn't been there to handicap him.

giant pillars of ice thing against luffy. Most of the other captains have just
showed their shikai, if not part of their bankai. I think most other captains
still have a "third" release to use when they realllyy need to use it.
Ah Hitsugaya is the "youngest" of the captains (I don't know how to
count shinigami years ) His bankai is pretty awesome and he did get approved by the head and three other captains at a
"young" age, so he wouldn't really be considered weak.

just like byakuya said, you need hundreds years to achieve bankai and additional 10 years to master it..
