After a hard days of work, do you think we want to eat take-outs or pizza? We'd
certainly feel super lucky to eat some home cooked food made from the one we
love.
If she can't cook, it'd still be OK but girls, please think of all of us poor
souls suffering.
A simple steamed chicken or fish with salad is all we need
To me, it would be a bonus if she could cook, as I grew up in a fairly
traditional home with my mom doing most of the house work and my dad working, so
that's what I know works well. But I'm not too lazy to learn it myself, I help
out my mom in the kitchen every now and then, so I've got some basic knowledge.
I could learn it better if I had to do it all myself, but still, it would be
preferable if the girl could cook, because it would probably be better than what
I could make. x3
The last girl I was in a serious relationship with (lived with, long term)
couldn't be bothered to put any effort into cooking and eventually just got to
the point where she would only go out for fast food (which would take about as
long or longer than making a decent meal). The last short-term relationship I
was in, the girl took every opportunity to cook for me, and I did the same for
her.
Cooking for someone shows your appreciation for that person, how you feel about
the relationship that you have with them. Going to a restaurant is nice now and
then, and fast food has it's place, but if the only effort you make is what you
can get from a drive-thru, get used to being single.
If you're living alone now, or still at home, learn to cook.
If you want to impress the one you want, to be appreciated by them, and let them
know what you think of them, cook for them.
"Anyone can cook" is what I remember from Ratatouillie. But only when
a person takes time to learn. =D I can cook very basic things but when it comes
to real food servings....NO NO. .
Nope in my opinion it isnt a big problem, why should always the girls cook?
i even cant really cook by myself, i just can cook a 4 gang menu, but i cant
cook easy, normal thing like ham and eggs and so on ^^,i really can not cook
this, perhaps i can if i really really want, but i dont think so!
shoot id liek my wife to cook a delicious meal for me...but if she cant, id bet
shed really liek me to cook somethin (wich i can) =p...either way itd be nice
My only problem to cook is that I fear to light matches, yes is a stove of gas,is
because of the electricity can go down. However I would love to not have fear and
learn to cook,it seems so interesting, but since my mom don't trust me to learn
to cook(my mom doesn't want me to waste food )so it
have to wait until I have job.
I think Asian society still expects a girl to know how to, and to actually cook
for the family, work or no work. Although most chefs in the restaurants are men,
somehow, cooking is deemed a feminine thing rather than masculine. So I get
uncomfortable and ashamed when I visit relatives and they (older relatives of
both genders) have to cook for me while the most I can do is wash the vegetables
& dishes and lay the table.
It's ok if a girl can't cook, but if they're going to get married and still
can't cook the male should know how to cook.
I lived in a house where my dad did most of the cooking and making money, so it
doesn't feel to wierd to me if another girl can't cook. (my mum can still cook
though, just not as good)
not really. i don't find it wrong. most of the best chefs out there are guys, so
boohoo T-T. there's a lot of girls who can't cook and the guys make up for it.
i'm learning how to cook, slowly...but i find it really scary to know when or
how and what you do, lol. chefs like cooking cuz they think it's an art..i would
love to think that way, lol.
As much as it matters for a man
Everyone should learn how to cook. If only one knows, the other has to learn
from him/her, not get used to being made food, that's childish
There is nothing wrong if a girl can't cook... I just think it's more convenient
if people know how to cook in general so as not to starve but if a girl doesn't
know how to cook, the world's not going to end... it's more of a traditional
thing than anything really...
Everybodyshould learn to cook, but it dosn't matter to me if a girl knows how to
cook or not cause I grew up learning to cook and love to do it. And even if I
didn't know how to cook there are things at grocery stores you can buy that are
just pretty much heat and serve, but those things can get tiring after a while
so it helps for everyone to learn at least a little on how to cook.
i really don't know
yu see i can't cook myself, and today there ar fastfood, restaurant to go, so i
don't think it's really important...but if your children can't taste the food
you cook that would give a minus for caring feeling...just imagine your mom
can't cook, how do you feel
i saw my sis n my mom in kitchen before, they seem to have fun...even though i
can't cook, but at least i must learn to
erm..... it's not wrong if a girl can't cook.
but it is better if we knows how to cook. You see, girls also has to be
independent. So at least knowing how to cook simple dishes is good

I wouldn't care having a girl that can't cook cause i can
.
I can cook if I have a recipe placed infront of me - Then I can cook awesomely!
I can cook easy things though.
I'm an AWESOME Baker, like cakes, cookies, muffins.
I've already warned my boyfriend I can't do meals xD! He said he would and I do desserts Lol.
There's nothing wrong about it. But, It' ll be better if...

really doesnt matter that much anyway if a girl cant cook as long in the future their husband can cook that will slove all problems.

agreed. everybody should learn how to cook. and there's nothing really wrong if a girl can't cook, as long as she learns later on.
