Okay Guys.... How do you know if someone likes you? As far as I know...
-He/she never looks you in the eyes
-He/she gives you 'special treatment'
so help me its kinda hard for me since I have the 0% experience about these kind of things...

-He's being a troublesome for u, like make u cry/etc
-He/she likes to hangin around close to u
-He/she often to look at u
-He/she say often things that not so important-means he/she juzt wants to talk to u
etc

Well from my experience on people liking me and me liking people its along this line.

He/She will be nervous around you
He/She will want to hang out with you
He/She will if brave enough make romantic gestures such as holding your hands in a romantic manner, but will say its for other reasons
He/She will if brave enough will actually say they like you in a manner to get you to ask how and then either go bf//gf like or like like.
He/She will do stupid things to let you know it, but won't take credit for it
He/She will give you special treatment such as bring you gifts

And there are numerous other ways as well, but it all depends on the personality of the person.

From what I've experienced in the past... not counting the direct "will you go out on a date with me?" that totally caught me off guard once:

*they do nice things for you (walk you to the car, open doors for you, bring you an umbrella)
*they come over for no reason (or make up an excuse like to play videogames or watch a movie)
*(goes with the above) they just want to "hang out" (go to the park, for a walk)
*they may have problems speaking correctly or acting normal around you (nervous around you, shuffle their feet when they talk to you, if you look right at them they look away embarrassed, they play with their face/hair/hands, they can't get into a comfortable position sitting or standing)

These are just a few I've experienced before. Hope they help. Also, if they're your really good friend... even if you ask them if they're interested and they turn out not to be... they should still be your friend. ^^ Good luck.

According to the many shoujo manga that i've read, it depends on the person. Believe me it is difficult to tell at times especially when that person expresses interests in other people other than you. I just had ny first real love and when i found out he wasnt interested and i got the wrong signals i was so embarassed but when i think of it i guess he wasnt a guy worth falling for. Be smart. This sounds corny but, your heart always knows the way.

Well, everyone pretty much already said it. Another way to tell though is their friends. Someone's friends may say things to clue you in on it. This has happened to me a lot before. (Am I really that scary?)

I don't know. I just somehow imagine that most people don't have someone who likes them, like myself. I mean, life isn't really like a shoujo manga.

Then again, I've never even had a real crush, so this isn't really my place to say anything. xD

- They'll be restless and nervous around you, although they may not let you know
- They cannot -don't know how to- speak to you
- They try to impress you in any way
- They look at you when they think your not aware
- They're always around where you are
Ahhh... there are many other signs you know. I cannot count all of them. These five are the most common things that I've either experiences or heard from others.

They reek of pheromones.

well, in this cases its best to try to notice all the "small things" they do round you..(they try not to make it obvious, but its very difficult to "not" imply that you liek somebody) for instance..
-they will ask you a question, see how you respond and base their answer on it, so you will have more in common
-they will want you to call/text them more often than usual
-they will plan/desire to do things with you (go to the movies, hang out, talk, etc)
-if other people are around they try to get your attension more often

This is funny to me! All of you are right but everything that was said is so cliched and obvious. But hey, who am I to talk, I've never had this stuff happen to me... or I did, I just wasn't paying attention...>.< oh, nevermind!

i actually have no idea either...but from what i've experienced so far..i think it goes along these lines:

- when they're nervous around you
- when they play roughly around u and show u "tough love"
- when they do nice things for you
- when they try to find time to talk to u about nothing
- when they try to impress you or try to make u laugh
- when they start agreeing with u on everything u say to get on ur good side
- when they keep looking at u and think u don't notice it
- when they do stupid things to tease u
- when they call ur name with a certain "ring" to it or when they touch u more than the normal person should (the brave ones)
- when they begin to stalk u secretly or get information on u from their friends (some scary beep right there but i swear it's true!)
- when they have the patience of the world to listen ur rants and still be respective and understanding

but then again...i'm not sure if some r just an act of friendship..? i can't tell becuz i'm a bit paranoid about guys so i really wouldn't know..anything a bit funky is suspicious to me.. (even though i'm straight so it's a bit sad ')

if you're a girl
-he annoys you
-he makes excuses just to talk to you
-he answers the teacher's question then looks at you *if you're both in school*
-he steals glances from you but if you catch him looking at you, he'll stare at other direction
-he volunteers to help you at anytime even if you're just carrying a small bag
-he talks to you and guess what, he knows your favorite anime but as far as you know, you haven't told him yet
-he texts/calls/e-malis you a lot of times
-he pokes your cheek, arm or tickles you
-he becomes quiet when you're with him or even if you're just passing by (for the shy ones or what we all torpe*
-he eats his words, blushes and becomes sweaty when you're talking to him (if he's torpe)
-he borrows a lot of things to you

if you're a guy
-she fixes herself quickly when you're about to pass or makes sure she looks presentable when you're around
-she gets nervous *as seen in her blush or sweat in her nose*when you're talking to her
-she performs her best, wears a very nice dress or stylish clothes just for you to notice her
-she tucks her har in her ear constanly
-she can't have eye contact with you
-she always touch your shoulder/arm or whatever
-when you borrow something, she gives it to you right away
-when she notices that you're looking at her *intentionally or accidental* she blushes a lot

steals your stuff
calls you with NOTHING to say
