Firstly, no, you don't have to scan it in yourself... you can easily find big pictures on the net and submit them to Mt if they're not already here.

If you enlarge the picture, it's low quality- you're not the only one I'm sure there were plenty of others who had their scans deleted

Images like this is exactly what the Anime Picture Dump is for. You can't enlarge this image and submit it in the scans gallery, but the Anime Picture Dump will gladly accept it to its repetoire.

Just a reminder, scans in the actual galleries need to be at least 1 000 000 (1 million) pixels, which is why this image here won't meet the quality standards.
