THE GROUP ANIME-LOVE-COUPLES IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR MEMBERS OF THE GROUP WHO WANTS TO BE AN ADMIN / MOD OF THE GROUP..[b][/b]
HERE ARE THE REQUIREMENTS, SO YOU CAN QUALIFY AS AN ADMIN / MOD
YOU NEED TO KNOW HOW TO CREATE LAYOUTS, GRAPHICS AND YOU ARE GOOD WITH CODES

I would really like to help out,but I'm not so good with codes...but I could do anything else,if you want...

If you know how to create layouts or graphics.. then you can be an ADMIN^^
Well. Personally, I think being an admin doesn't really require someone whose good with codes. I think that it's better if you require someone who's active in the group an can contribute more (pics, ideas of contests, layout of the page, etc)
I'm not that good at codes but I know some tricks (but not as good as others).
I gotta have to agree with you in there..
We really need to find someone that is always active in the group
and always give ideas...especially on contests..hehe

I have two groups how admin & I make layout for then, but I have short time for MT... I want to help in the layout & codes
Well. It's not enough to pick someone who gave an idea. He does, must have some ideas. Or perhaps, he can and is willing to look for more members because, as you notice, this group is not that old and there are only few members. We need active and a contributing mod/admin all in all.
I'd really love to help the group by becoming admin or mod...
but I'm really not good with layouts...I know a little on codes, but just the VERY simple ones...not the complicated ones

I just want to tell that I'm nominating some users... Please don't ask me why because I can't explain..

Yeah I not have problem if you want make me administrator... *preparing a layout*
that is okay..I don't even know how to make layouts..but you know how to make graphics right? so yeah..

Guys, I think I will change Kagally as an ADMIN to a normal MEMBER.. because she already have a lot of groups that she had to fix...
Don't take this personally, sakuraclyne, but I think you should choose MORE CAREFULLY when picking the admin and mod.
First of all, you can't just choose a mod or admin for us without explaining WHY you chose them. I'm not saying that I don't want them to be a mod/admin. I don't also intend to say that I don't think they qualify as our admin. What I mean is, we need to know what can they do for the group as a mod/admin.
you have to ask her opinion first..
you can't just put her back into a member since she has done a lot to the group..

@SAKURACLYNE - can you give us more specific reasons..as to why you choose LUNARIHA and SAKI-XAN
First I chose Saki-xan because she can work with us better she can moderate and administrate ... How did I tell that?
I looked at the groups she have administrated and they are well updated especially the group about SCHOOL RUMBLE.. even though they are a small group... the members are lively talking about School Rumble, then I asked my self.. WHY IS THIS SMALL GROUP SUCH A GOOD GROUP / ACTIVE GROUP? So I'll try working with Saki-xan...
and she had a knowledge to graphics/codes...
AND I AM SURE THAT SAKI-XAN CAN BE A BIG HELP TO ALC.
Why I chose Lunariha?
Because she is a Filipino like me and we can talk about the events in ALC... I am not telling you that non-Filipinos cannot be an admin/mod, I chose her because I like to be closer to her and ask her if she can do well in being a mod...
@NOEL-CHAN - Sorry if I cannot explain why I chose Lunariha... But I explained all I can to Saki-xan.. I also chose them for having the "POWER" as the Founding Admin...
@Azyl12 - I don't take it personally because I don't know you..
Nice reason for Saki-xan, but about Luna, well, I'm not buying it.

TO BOTH OF YOU - I know I have no right to say things like that..and I am showing respect since we are all filipinos here (I'm not trying to offend members who are non-filipinos. Hope you guys get what I mean). And since you guys are both older than me for a year. I won't interrupt with your personal feelings but with this kind of attitude towards others..I think this thread should be close..
