Consist of 5 layers(Background,Shana,Text,Stars,and Brightness&Contrast)The
making of the background was redo again and again for about 8 times
The idea simply pops-up.The background looks abstract, yes?I know, and that maybe
the reason it was rejected in the gallery. But ironically the hardest part was
the background itself.
Its hard but it was this wallpaper downfall
I don't know, something seems to be missing I
think the color combination is odd, you should pick some other color for the
vector brushes in the corners (I'm guessing they're brushes), like a very pale
grey. The sky would look better as a discrete gradient, instead of a single
color.
And to give depth, you can try alternating the grey in the foreground, work with
different hues and you'll get a better effect.
I don't know about Shana, though, she seems too "real" for this
scenery -what you've got is 2D and she looks almost...3D, if you understand what
I'm saying I suggest vectoring her and using as few shades as possible,
you can add some textures to the wall to make it look better.
Right, that was vector brushes I use for the left and right corner,I'll try
changing the color to something pale.Problem is,I am a noob when it comes to
using gradient^^'
Vectoring her?Sure,I would do that.But.....I can't do vector, anyone care to tell
me how?^^'

I wrote some tutorials, you can try out whichever you like
How to vector (trace) an image ('Stroke Path' method)
How to vector anime eyes (Shape Layers method)
The second one can be used to learn how to vector using shape layers, too. It's not limited to eyes. Hope these help
