World of Warcraft Open Beta closes today! ;_; Will anyone here be playing in the retail version???

Yeah...Blizzard said on the website that they're shutting down all open beta servers today. I'm going to play the retail version for sure...ordered a preorder pack...(includes a final beta account).

Had a lvl 19 nightelf hunter....at the normal beta server (PvE)..but I dont know yet wich character I should choose for the final beta. (maybe just one to test...they will be deleted anyway). In the retail version I'm going to play as a dwarf warrior.

Americans are lucky...they can play the game from the 23th of november 2004..we've got to wait until january.

bah Alliance :P I love my mage that I've been playing. My boyfriend pre ordered it for me, he ordered a regular one and a special edition, but he's going to give me the special edition code cause he said that I'll appreciate the pet more. ^^ I can't wait til the 23rd to get my little pet. As an undead I'm thinking of the devil or the panda because comeon its pochi pochi! from Abenobashi Maho Shoutengai.

Gonna be playing several characters myself. Gotta get my Night Elf Hunter again, and my Night Elf Rogue.

Had alot of fun playing the open beta, and I'm looking forward to the day that it is released. I will be waiting for it to hit the shelves only because I can't preorder at the moment.

you should try to pre=order, with the volume of people playing it will be hard to get a copy on release day ^^

i´ll play it too. this game is awesome.´in the beta i´ve played a human mage, NE warrior and a NE Druid. i´m looking forward for the release.

I'm currentliy fighting my way through Frozen Throne, but I'll surely get a copy of WoW when it comes out...

I'm still torn. Can't start playing here in Germany because it's not out for Europe yet. But at the same time, I'm headed back to the states this summer, so I wouldn't be able to play it very long.

I think it'll be 8-9 months before I get to start playing, unless I can manage to create an account on an American server and still play it from Germany. But that's looking grim. To top it off, I haven't been all that impressed with the other MMORPGs I've played, but WoW does look very good to me.

when it comes out it will be hard to get a copy of wow. its pretty much sold out through pre-orders. But I wish you the best of luck ^^

Gah - I wish I played a lot of online games - this WoW sure sounds amazing. Err..... how good is it really? Is it like one of those mmorpg game stuff?

Not that I'm gonna play it though. I might sometime in the near future. **Giggles** ^^

Today I recieved the preorder box with a key for the final beta....now the only problem is..the beta hasn't started yet...but its planned for december...lets hope. ^^

Anyone ordered a Collectors Edition?

I got a collectors edition, the art book is great and my little diablo aka "Lord of Terror" is the cutest ever.

I got the collectors edition as well, and as of now I've got a level 20 Tauren Hunter and a level 18 Night Elf Rouge.

Of course i play! Is the best game in the world

I have a 46 Tauren Warrior by the name of.. Zitoh. Addicting game All of the Halloween decorations are up right now in the various cities like Orgrimmar etc.
