Only time I watched Evangelion. Borrowed the set from a friend. Watched the
set with "End of Evangelion" in one sitting at my computer. Returned
it the next day. I also watched 15 episodes of Berserk in one sitting. Those
are about my record.
last week i watched half of Full Metal Alchemist anime from eps20 to end(51) in
1 sitting and i almost died! hahah just kidding :p but my legs and my shoulders
were really cramped afterwards... anime marathon is bad for your body!
For one sitting, it would be the entire Rurouni Kenshin TV series. Watched
non-stop from start to finish, only getting up to either go toilet, or grab
something to eat.
With manga, I guess it'd be Ranma 1/2 volumes 1-8.
Won't mind doing the manga thing again, but will most likely avoid a 24+ hour
marathon of anime in the future.
A long time ago (Early 90's), I would get together with friends on a Friday
night, and we would make a weekend out of watching anime... it was really early
in the Anime days, and there weren't that many complete series out yet (AnimEigo
was all we had and they were brand-spankin' new, 4 titles... something like
that)
But we did watch:
All of Robotech: Macross in one sitting (36 Episodes of edited, dubbed
horror)
Ranma 1/2 through Nettohen 50 (68 episodes, in Japanese, which no one spoke...
but with Ranma, do you really need to understand the words?) over two days
(Only stopping to sleep some).
Since then, it's been smaller chunks, but we really haven't the energy to stay
up all night watching shows
50 episodes of Gundam Seed in one sitting, continued by reading 5 books of the
manga 'Shanaou Yoshitsune' by Hirofumi Sawada, after that I feel asleep (or
unconscious? ) on the couch...
damn that's sooo unhealthy
one sitting....*ponders* ah yes. i was when i first got into Naruto. it was
during last summer. sometime in late june when school had just ended. i wanted
to catch up on the series and i really liked it (and still do). so i watched the
first 30 EP in one sitting... and man...was my ass numb after that...lol. o
well, dont regret a minute of it. *thumbs up*
On 1 sit i saw i my me strawberry eggs and the night that the tropical storm
jeanne passed i read girl got game with a nokia cellphone light horryble i was
in the dark but i started reading then i loved it and well i finished it
who sees naruto my computer was repaired 3 days ago and im downloading the
latest of it i haven't see so i'm frustated aaaaahhhhhhhhhhh i'm going to die

hehe saw trigun + escaflowne and saikano wihtout any sleep in between! This was
when I was in between jobs and didn't have anything to do during the days
just curious to see what the longest amount of time you've spent with an anime was.

i once set through 107 eps of naruto after i found out that it was a good anime. the storyline died out after the hidden mist arc though.
i ve read 7 pieces of the evangelion manga...huh!
The first 13 volumes of Naruto, in one sitting. If I didn't have school on that day, I would've gone further.

Mine has to be Ep 1-76 of Naruto. It was pretty boring at most parts but I had to catch up to the new episodes and its still pretty boring.

Longest sitting of anime? 24 hr plus, but I can't do that anymore. Twas kenshin TV, ovas, and then something else.
