Sephiroth all the way, I haven't played through i-iii, but out of iv-xi,
Sephiroth is the only villain that shined above all the rest, not only becoming
a god, but acting like one too, (I might be bias, since VII was the first in the
series that I played). Cloud was too much of a good guy, and Vincent didn't
have a sword.

Cloud's personality just annoys me, I'm not up to Vincent in the game yet, so that leaves Sephiroth.

Well, according to me, noone will ever beat auron from FFX. He is the coolest character i ever seen in a Final Fantasy game.
