The first manga I ever read was Chobits. I instantly fell in love with it! It was also the first manga I ever took ownership towards.

My first was angel sanctuary... god it was long!! hm... I'd like it more if it was smaller.. :P then I read chobits (only six volumes though, the other two were in japanese.. I know how it ends however :P) ow it's my favorite so far And it's the only time was not annoyed my ecchi stuff
Ow and today I finished devil and devil, that was my third manga so far Nice, I enjoyed it pretty much!!

I believe it was Yu-Gi-Oh. Oo; Or one of the Shonen Jump manga. Though at that time I bought SJ purely because it had YGO in it.

Dragon Quest Dai No Dai boken. AKA Dragon Quest 1. This manga was what made enix into a success. From comic company to game company. The NES game DQ1 is still avilable online, but the graphics are boxed.
