rarely platformers or shooters.
I prefer SNES and PSX games over most of the newer ones.
Never really got into PC games.
I'm not a woman, but I think I can speak for a few girl gamers.
At the pc gaming establishment that my family and I own, our female gamers
typically play the following:
Gunbound <= Definitely the number one choice for women who come in
regularly
Diablo II
Doom III
Counter-Strike <= Relatively close second choice
Halo PC
Star Wars: Battlefront
Uh, two of my ex-girlfriends who I've kept in touch with play, too.
One of them is really into, surprisingly enough, Quake 3. (Jeezus, when I heard
she was into that, I nearly fell out of my seat)
Another is addicted to Gran Turismo 3 for the PS2. She plays it more than I do,
and I've racked up more than 100 hours on that thing.
You took the words right out of my mouth. I'm currently playing Donkey Kong 2 on
the snes. I have tons of unfinished games to get to, too. Like FFX, ToF, and I'm
still wanting to replay KH, except I've been too lazy to get it out, and my
sister's stupid, annoying, LAZY boyfriend has been hogging the PS2 that I
bought. As well as the memory card that he's saving his stupid games in.

but games i recently played/ am playing right now : need for speed underground
2, doom 3, diablo 2, new prince of persia, vampire:the masquerade-bloodlines
(<3!), D&D, gta san andreas and some more ...
Mostly RPGs, but I enjoy fighters too. Not so much on shooting games...my aim
sux ^_^
Favorites are FF series, Xenogears and Soul Caliber I and ii..........i havent
played many games, since I cant seem to save money to buy more lol. ....Quake
rocks too.....mmmm bloody violent games.. ^_^
i mostly play RPGs and I have since I was 4. I also play fighting and some
action games too. But I usually play games with hot guys in them. Haha, I'm 17
what can I say? I'm not gonna deny. lol
Metal Gear 3: Snake Eater and Silent Hill 4: the Room!!
Wonderful design and graphics!! perfect plot!! and the better action and
survival horror of all time!!
I love only perfect video games!! nothing else!!
Hmm, well Kingdom Hearts would be my absolute favourite, but I also enjoy the
Final Fantasy games, Devil May Cry, GTA: Vice City and St. Andreas and Prince
of Persia. I definately wouldn't mind taking a crack at the Silent Hill games
too! ^_~
RPG's mostly, the last 258 hours on Disgaea, have Star Ocean Till the end of
time to start and ToS on my gamecube. Though Secret of mana is getting a good
goin over on my snes when i have spare time. Zelda Minish cap and FF 1&2 on
my GBA goto game on the move you know
Now I am playing Chaos Legion over again. Listening to heavy rock / orchestrated
music yet again. @_@

Summoning Guilt was more than just good pleasure - bring in the pain!

Okay forget Guilt and lemme switch to Thanatos - now I have to collect all 9
pieces again X_X (>^_^)>
Right now I am playing Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly this time - for the
10th time.
And to those who asked if I liked Meilia Rage in GGX2 - no apparently. I only
like Sol-Badguy and his Dragon Install - hehe.

wow there are lots of different gamer types out there =), for now im playing halo and need for speed underground 2 (both on xbox live) and fable.
i'll try anything...but i really like RPG's
now i'm playing FF X-2 and ragnarok online (just little though...kinda new there ^^ )
