SCII is a lot of fun, nevertheless the depth of the battle system has been
slightly toned down to suit newer players, so in the end SC1 is the better
fighter for higher-level play
Quote by Kureboy99I still have a thing
for Fighting Vipers for the old Saturn system...but I actually think the best
for me was Battle Arena Toshinden 3...imho...
in my opinion, its gotta be soul calibur. not just because its graphics and
style are great, but simply because of the playability. anyone who remotely
knows the concept of fighting can pick up a controller and start button mashing
their way to glory. i love those kind of games because you dont have to
memorize how to do fancy moves that take like a week to learn. this game is
great for parties because its simply pick up and play and have fun. its
great.
I thought Soul Calibur was the best. It was different than the martial arts
stuff. Granted most of the weaponry used had some sort of martial arts
background, but it was different than the hand-to-hand stuff and I liked the
different weapons you can get.
It's a close one for me between Tekken and Soul Calibur, but I'd probably have
to go with Tekken. I think it has a more refined fighting system, though Soul
Calibur is a little more flashier with the weapons.
Im gonna have to enter my own Poll Option for this. Street Fighter EX 2 is the
BEST 3D fighting game to ever exsist. maybe even one of the best fighters in
general.
if that wont work then maybe tekken tag or tekken 4
vf4: Evo is easily the best 3D fighting game... though my personal favorite is
SC2. Tekken 5 is looking pretty hot right now, though, especially since it's a
throwback to TTTish styled gameplay.
My arcade's been getting a lot more business because of it... Kudos to Namco for
giving the arcade-goer a lot of great features.
tekken, because it was the first ps2 game that i ever got and jun is the
character that i fight best with. ^_________^ i'll have to try the other ones
to see how they are too, but i don't seem to have the time to play anymore.
y___y;
^ Then you should defintely try out Tekken 5... Asuka Kazama is like Jun from
TTT (same fighting style, a lot of the same moves) but a whole lot better. *.*
Soul Calibur because it's the easiest fighting game to play.
Dead or Alive
Soul Calibur for me, but IMO
Soul Calibur >>>>>>>> Soul Calibur II

Man, this was real tough, but I ended up going for DoA over SC. I just think the depth of the gameplay of DoA is better.
BUT if a Soul Calibur: Xtreme Beach Volleyball comes out anytime soon, I may just have to reconsider...
*drool*

did you play Fighters MegaMix?

yours truly,

Soul Calibur and Taki. I like her so much. Wobble wobble
Soul Calibur the best
Dead or Alive is the best!!!

soul calibur 2 !! even if the choice between doa and SC is tough, i like SC the best !
I have to say DoA and Tekken though Tekken comes out a bit more than Doa.
Mortal combat was my fav till i saw dead or alive /gg
Dead or Alive is my favourite

Tekken 3 4ever- the best game of 3D fighters

hm... I thought I already voted in this poll :/
But well... best 3D fighter is Virtua fighter. Deepest and most challenging 3D fighter of all, and also one of the most balanced (along with SC 2).
... DOA and Bloody Roar didn't deserve to be in this poll :/
No Virtua Fighter in the poll?! O.o
