do what you do with the red in your hand! (You obviously know what I mean but by just in case you got hitted by a brick while one your way to your pants closet, I actually meant puhlez correct my anatomy) Also hairstyle suggestion would be nice :)
Also how the bloody hell do you get neat lines! by that i mean by brush

Your anatomy actually doesn't look bad at all right now. But it's still a bit too early to say since it's all so sketchy. And as for the neat lines, having a tablet would help but even with that, it's a bit hard to make them SO neat with just a brush. You can always use pen tool on stroke option to do the lineart. Stroke options uses brush for stroking anyway so you can change the size of its pixels, color etc.
Smooth lineart takes A LOT of practice, just try to make fast strokes and if it doesn't work at first then ctrl+z
and try again until you get it xD
your sketch girl looks pretty, I would leave her with short hair, it seems it suits her well, maybe you could add a
hairbow/hairpin on the right side :D the arm it seems to be too skinny specially the part between the hand and the elbow
(the upper part mostly) a bit of flesh there could look better since she's not skinny at all ;)

Well, you can try using the 'pressure' option below when using the stroke but that doesn't always do the trick so the best thing you can do is erase or taper the tips the manually with an eraser.

or a pony tail? I had planned to make her hair long originally. The bang is what frustrates me most >3<

Quick sketch for your anatomical reference. Seems my previous post didn't post it. But yeah, make sure her breasts are on the same line. They seem to be fixed in yout second try. Her ear has to be between her nose and her eyes. Way too high. Her chest is starting in an unlogical way. The shoulders go outside the rib/chest area, not inside.

My second try is more clean up instead of an actual attempt lol

You are making a mistake with the facial helplines. On the right side(of us), the line goes way too far up when you look at how her head is turned. It is right in some cases, but not the way you originally drew her face on. This might just be your mistake in being mislead. The ears are always on the line between the eyes and the nose. The start it on nose height, and ends normally at eye height. Anime/manga style has an exception because eyes can be rather big. Drew where her other ear should be aswell.
Forgot to tell but you did a good job so far.
Her bottom body was not bad depending on the view, but there would be more mistakes that made it wrong. I chose for this
solution because it was the closest to what you already had.

It looks really good now, yes. Although I think you should make the back of her right upper arm a bit wider and closer to the underside of her right breast; it looks a bit too thin right now. ^^

hmm... I'll cover that with sleeves I think. But I haven't really decided what clothes she'll wear :/
