Definitely C.C. She's cute and she has personality. Also, she's the only girl that truly understands Lelouch.
I also like Kaguya a lot coz she's so adorable and positive :)
And Nunnally of course is also lovable, though her character is rather underdeveloped so I can't say much about her except that she's sweet.
Kallen's nice. She's strong and she kicks ass. But she's too rash for my taste.
Shirley... I find her rather annoying actually XD
And Nina is just... EWW.
