This issue has just crossed my mind because it's actually the first time that I browse the site for RWBY wallpaper. I'm actually surprised no one has thought about designing awesome artworks for that series :D

It's not a surprise actually. There is a lack in active artists as the first thing, then I don't recall anyone being a fan of RWBY. If you're really deseperate, you can always try requesting...although, they are usually not done because it takes a lot of time and effort to even make one thing, putting preferences to something they want themselves.
